-Remove toenail polish, and wash feet thoroughly to remove lotions and oils. -Place foot in pack, secure with tape and place socks over gel packs. -After an hour, rinse the gel solution off of your feet. -After your treatment, your feet will feel highly moisturized. -Starting around 3 to 5 days after your treatment, your dead skin will begin to peel away from your feet. We suggest for you to use this product about every 2 months. Individuals with excessive amounts of dead skin on their feet might require a follow up treatment of Baby Foot within 1-2 weeks after their first treatment. Please do the patch test and make sure that there are no abnormal skin symptoms before use! Please apply a small amount of lotion on the soft part of the sole, such as the arch of the foot, and leave it for two hours. After two hours wash this area gently with soap and then air-dry. Please stop using Baby Foot if there is any redness, swelling, itchiness, eczema or inflammation of the skin within 48 hours of application. Wear the included individually-toed socks on both feet after cleansing

We discovered that if you do this, Baby Foot works perfectly:

1. Soak feet for about 15 minutes in plain water (in a large bowl or bucket or sink or bathtub: whatever holds warm water & both your feet).

2. Use Baby Foot exactly as directed.

3. Wash feet with soap and water, rinse, then soak feet again in plain water for about 15 minutes. So, schedule about 2 hours for the process listed in #1 through #3.

4. If you don't see any sloughing or peeling after 2 to 4 days, then soak feet for about 30 minutes in plain water. When you take feet out of the water & blot dry, you will definitely see sloughing & peeling. If you continue to soak for another hour then you will see even more sloughing and peeling that you can begin to rub off. Sloughing & peeling will continue well-enough for several days without further soaking, and most of the dead & dry skin will come off, BUT

5. if you continue to soak your feet in plain water for 30 minutes to an hour every other day or so, you will continue to see even more sloughing and peeling up to about two weeks AND it will thoroughly remove ALL dead & dry skin from your feet.

Two friends & I discovered this after we used Baby Foot once (we didn't know about the above directions at that time), and Baby Foot worked perfectly for the one of us who takes daily body-baths (doesn't shower), worked well-enough for the one of us who took daily showers & occasional body-baths, and didn't seem to work at all for the one of us who Only takes showers (never body-baths). We were comparing notes a few days after we first used it, and the shower-only friend was complaining that it didn't work at all, absolutely no peeling whatsoever, and her feet looked exactly the way they did before she used Baby Foot.

So I have horrible feet (I really should have taken pictures). Cracked and all decrepid looking. My heels are a disaster. I found this product while looking for something to help moisturize my feet or do something with them. I was skeptical at first, "Fruit acids", yeah right, but I went with it.

I soaked my feet in my girlfriend's foot bath thing, which was really nice by the way with some nice epson salts. Dried them off and stuck my feet in these gross gel packs for the time it takes to watch 2 episodes of Sons of Anarchy. I almost died getting another glass of water because you really shouldn't walk in these gel slipper thingies. Keep whatever you need for however long you wear them handy. I'd recommend a roll of paper towels handy too so you can wipe yourself off before you traipse off to the bathtub to wash off your tootsies. I didn't, and got gel all over, stupid.

Anywho. The box and reviews are all like "WAIT 5 DAYS", I thought "I know this is a scam, i just know it". Yet, day 3, my toes started shedding skin. It wasn't what I wanted but ok. After 4 days and nothing happened I figured nothing else was going to happen, either the product was rubbish or my feet were terrible. Day 7 I nearly screamed when I saw my feet literally flaking as I walked. It was nuts, skin was everywhere. Day 8? I was like a friggin snake, I was shedding skin and sure enough, baby smooth skin underneath.

Now, pretty much my entire foot has been reborn. My heels, well, I think I need to see a pedicurist to really get those suckers under control, but the product really does work. My feet actually feel pretty great, and they are not gross to look at. I no longer sneer at "Fruit Acids". This stuff works, give it a week after your treatment.

So my wife bought me a pack of these Baby Footies since she noticed my nasty feet had some really calloused heels. But deep inside I knew that I was just the guinea pig!

At first I was skeptical about the product since I had tried everything from foot shavers to those Doctor Fish nibbling fish, but nothing worked.

So I figured, who not give these a try? Initially I was hesitant since they are a bit pricey. But there I was putting on these plastic bags on my feet filled with a slimy gooey substance.

After following the instructions and taking my "footies" off, I noticed nothing happened for the first 2 days. Then on day 3 I started noticing my skin peeling around my ankles and toes. By days 4 and 5 the peeling really took off. And now on day 6 I am still peeling and most of the skin has flaked off.

The skin really comes off when you are showering as well as putting socks on. And boy will you need socks, or you will shed like a freaking reptile all over the place.

I honestly have no idea how the stuff works, but it does. Currently at 85% complete on shedding. Can't wait for the molting to be complete so I can stop wearing socks around the house.

I realize the company won't appreciate this, but I am very frugal. I used a set of these in December and it was awesome. In preparation for sandals I wanted to use this again. I opened one bootie and put it on one foot after soaking. Each bootie is individually sealed. After the time passed and soaked my other foot, I removed it from first foot and placed it one the second one. There was plenty of product in the bootie for both feet and it worked like a charm. It's a little time consuming but well worth it. Now, I have one bootie left to apply later 😊
