I brought mine at Babies R Us and have made 2 batches so far. It works fine and I have had perfect results both times using Yogourmet starter. My problem is it is small and replacement jars are hard to find. I would have been fine if the dome was taller so I could use mason jars. Also, the recipe in the instruction manual make way too much for the amount the jars holds, so you have to reconfigure your recipes.

Good product, great service. I realized I should have purchased a bigger maker so down the road will maybe make that choice. This one works well, just has to be made more often. NOT a product problem however. Thank you

I do not trust American yogurt at all. My mother works for a renowned diary company and my family always make yogurt by ourselves. American yogurt is not healthy with so much addictive. This little machine is a life saver~ The jars are tiny indeed, but I think they are enough for a serving~

I purchased this yogurt maker to make our own coconut milk yogurt in small batches, so I liked the idea that it was so small. I tried several times and NEVER succeeded in getting yogurt out of it. Yes, I started with coconut milk, but then tried regular milk, strictly following the instructions, and a couple different yogurt starters to figure out what I was doing wrong. Nothing helped. Finally I gave up on yogurt and put it away. Later we had a brilliant idea of using it for... hatching eggs! I read that a yogurt maker should generate and keep the temperature at a stable level of 105-110F, so we figured out that if we keep it open it should give us a perfect 100F for hatching eggs. I ran a test and... the temperature in this yogurt maker was at 140-150F even without a lid on! So I realized that it was just killing all my yogurt starters, instead of actually changing it into a yummy yogurt!!! I have no idea how the other people manage to make yogurt in it after all, or maybe it's just a fault of my particular machine, but at this point I find the thing absolutely useless... Plus, the lids on the jars included with the yogurt maker do not close well and keep opening at slightest movement...
