Love the idea! I got it for my hubby who deployed a few months back, a week after he left we found out I was 4 weeks prego! So when I found out the sex of the baby I recorded the heart beat and made a huge box of its a boy! for him and the bear in it too... That was the first time he heard the heart beat I do have to say it was the best idea ever, we still have the bear today, and it still plays strong after 2 yrs! If you have a family member that cant be there for the baby or you miss a child and want to send them a message this is deff a great idea and way to do it!
The bear does what it is supposed to do... most of the time. It seems like sometimes when i squeezer the bear it will not replay my recording, but when I try 5 minutes later it works. Maybe it has a shut off to not do it too many times in a row? Also.. its not the most well made bear. It looks just like the picture but when I got it I realized it looks a bit awkward... the head is a bit small and its just not the cutest bear on the market. Still... it does what it is supposed to do and I'm overall pretty happy with it.

This is a really thoughtful gift to give to someone who is expecting a child or even for someone who has family who is going away, army families, etc. It was a very creative idea: different from typical gifts. I wish someone would have given me this while I was pregnant.
