Thea works for Linc and is crazy about him. He feels the same but has no intention of getting involved with an employee. Then the inevitable happens and they spend an incredible night together. The next day, still buzzing over their encounter, Linc learns Thea stole from the company, giving important documents to a competitor. He fires her on the spot without giving her a chance to even explain. Thea is devastated. No way would she betray Linc and his company that way. Not only did he humiliate her in front of others, he'd refused to listen to anything she had to say and after what they'd shared, clearly didn't trust her. She leaves town, retreating to her family's cabin to get away from Linc and contemplate her future. She doesn't count on him following her even though he still believes she's guilty. So what will happen when she tells him she's pregnant? Highly entertaining. I loved the fact Linc loved her so much he was willing to forgive her for anything and wanted a life with her and their baby. I also loved Thea' s willingness to understand Linc' s way of thinking when the evidence against her seems overwhelming and also given his childhood background. Definitely a winner!

Lincoln and Thea are the epitome of stereotypical romance. I was so disappointed with this book. It had everything that people make fun of romance novels within it. Boss and assistant having sex, assistant being blamed for stealing and helping the opposition, misunderstandings and total boredom. This was a book that was truly very difficult to read, because of the “typical” romance writing.

It took everything in me to finish it, I kept thinking that it would pick up and change tactics after each page but nothing like that happened.

Shocked and disappointed. If this was suspenseful due to the “storm” rolling in and there being snow, that went right over my head.

This is the first book i have read by this Author, I found it a good read. I like the Alpha male type books and Lincoln is good at that in this book, yes he makes you want to shout at him for some of the things he does and says but he comes all good in the end. Thea is equally as good she not to be pushed about but also sometimes I wanted to shout just give him a chance, I know he messed up but just listen! As I said good book all told lost its way in the middle a little bit but came back towards the back end of the book. As its Book 1 in the Men At Work series I will be reading the next.
