I went stroller shopping planning to get an umbrella stroller for under $100 and ended up "splurging" on Baby Jogger's City Mini. Of course this stroller comes with NO accessories, so you end up paying even more to add on items like this console. I thought it was a bit pricey, but I decided to again "splurge" on this item instead of getting a single cup holder for 1/3 the price. I figured this console has three holders, so it would be worth it. The compartment meant for drinks is about the size of a soda can and I have been able to use it with most drinks. However, the larger mini-cooler compartment can also be used to carry wider drinks like my Nalgene bottle. If my husband is along we can use the smaller compartment as a second cup holder too. Other than drinks, I love the velcro enclosures on the two compartments for storing my keys, cell phone, cash, napkins, etc. when when out for a stroll or shopping at the farmer's market.

There are three different positions for you to snap the handle straps back onto the console. The units fits well on a City Mini, but you might want to try this on your stroller to make sure this "univeral" console will fit if you want to use it with a different model.

Been using my console for 4 months. No visible wear. This product feels well made to me. So even though I originally thought this might be overpriced, I am happy I bought it!

We have the BJ City Select for our two kids - which we LOVE LOVE LOVE! Best stroller. I eagerly awaited the release of the BJ Universal Parent Console and desperately wished it would've worked on one of their own products. But, it just didn't. Awesome features include a great silver-lined middle pocket (velcro closure) for keeping snack bags cool with an icepack. Also, the right pocket (velcro closure) is great for keys, small wallet, sunglasses, phone, MP3 player and a toy. A design improvement could've included a zipper slot on the top outside to safely assurance storage of an ID and credit card and car/house key. But the design flaw that caused us to return it was the cup holder. Sadly, it was a disappointing feature. Nothing would stand upright and when you hit a bump, it always spilled. We tried Kleen Kanteens, sippy cups, baby bottles, soda can, coffee cup, fountain drink cup. Nothing worked because the slot just tipped too far forward toward the stroller canopy. So, we ended up returning it. bummer.

I was not impressed with the console, especially for the price. Not worth $30 or even $20 in my opinion. It seems flimsy. The Britax organizer is cheaper and fits my Baby Jogger as well as many other strollers (Baby Jogger Versa, Bugaboo bee and Bumbleride Indie are strollers I used it on). The Britax also has bigger, better insulated pockets. It can hold a 32 oz. cup or large water bottles, the Baby Jogger cannot. Britax has a large center section that is covered with a magnetic flap, not Velcro like the Baby Jogger. It is much easier and quieter to access while walking. The Britax has wide Velcro straps that make it simple to secure to the stroller and can adjust for a tight fit, regardless of the size and shape your handlebar. The Baby Jogger has snaps that are not as easy to adjust and are not as secure. I would only get this if you really wanted your cupholder`s brand to match your stroller, which I could care less about.

this just doesn't really hang at the right angle for me to use it on my baby jogger city select.

We have the City Classic from 2008 and it velcros to the back of the stroller perfectly. The only problem is that it's meant for keys, cellphones and other small items, not a water bottle which was the main reason why I bought it. Because there is not enough space, it doesn't fit my aluminum Sigg, it only fits a plastic water bottle because you have to reshape it. If I had known this, I would've purchased something else.

This product is horribly designed. The bottle compartment of the pouch is too small to hold even one 5oz Born Free bottle. The thing would be much improved if it had one larger pocket instead of two small ones. Also the cup holder is ridiculous in that it can only be used to hold a closed bottle. Any open soda can or cup of coffee would spill everywhere since it tends to tilt. A waste of money.

Like previous review, I scratched my head trying to understand how this goes on. Luckily I had read that review so I knew it was just a matter of figuring it out. And, it's actually easy. This works great. It's much better than the attachable drink holder. We are using it with the city mini double AND since we like it so much, we're getting another. This fits across one side of the handle bar. We'll get the other to fit across the other side.

This console is really a must for the City Mini stroller. There is a drink holder and 2 compartments of decent size for phone, wallet, food, etc. Easily attaches to the stroller, I snapped it on in just a couple of minutes. It should really just come as part of the stroller though...
