I live in Portland, Oregon where we get a lot of rain during the winter. This protector keeps my grandson dry and warm. It fits perfectly, is easy to put on, and still gives him plenty of breathing air.

Exactly what you would expect since it's made for the jogger. Saved me on a colder morning. He was happy as a clam inside. Wish this came with the jogger.
