It really depends on why you need this stroller. Ill start off by saying I have 5 strollers and 2 kids (4 months and 3.5 years). We spend half the year in Europe and there we have the Bugaboo Chameleon (great for city living but not practical for suburbs) and the Baby Jogger City Mini GT for traveling to other countries. We used the Maclaren quest for a while but found that the cobblestone and uneven grounds in Europe made it tough for our daughter to sleep so now the Maclaren just stays in the trunk for quick grocery runs. We also have the Bob Ironman for running for when we are in the States. My husband and I run on average of 15-30 miles a week on paved roads and trails and we love the Bob. Problem now is we have two children. My daughter is old enough where we don't need a double for everyday as we have the buggy board for the Bugaboo and that works fine. HOWEVER we are very active and we got tired of taking turns running with one child while the other waits. My daughter can't run mileage of course and even trail runs /walks are too strenuous for a toddler to walk. We needed a double for this reason. Locally we don't have these strollers so I ordered both. I love both my Baby jogger City mini GT and Bob Ironman so I wasn't sure if the Summit Double or Bob Double is what I needed. Brief comparison

1- I like the canopy on the Baby Jogger better than the Bob. It's the same coverage just sturdier.
2- the foot rest on the summit is really short. My daughters feet were dangling off the side bc she simply didn't know where to put them
3- the Bob tends to sag in the middle when both children are inside. Not the seat portion but the backrest. This was not an issue on the Baby Jogger.
4- the baby jogger is really short length wise.

Mommy and daddy approved! I needed a double stroller to go jogging and hiking. I also wanted a stroller to do my everyday routines which you cannot do with a locked front wheel (a stroller that has swivel and locked front wheel). I narrowed it down to two double strollers. The BOB Revolution Pro Dualie and the Baby Jogger Summit X3. Knowing I was going to spend $600 plus I wanted to make sure I wouldn't have any regrets. All the sites I went to are biased. I'm a mommy and I choose what was best for us. I do own a BOB single stroller but the Jogging Summit X3 is so much better.
I bought the Baby Jogger Summit X3 double stroller and this is why:
-There is a center bar between the seats. (the BOB double stroller sags in the middle because it doesn't have the center bar).
- All-wheel independent suspension (the BOB only has suspension on the back wheels).
-Ergonomic handlebar which you can wipe to clean it (the BOB has a padded handlebar so its hard to clean).
-The canopy has peek-a-boo windows & ventilation panels. Even if the canopy is down the kids can look out through the ventilation panels and will have a nice breeze coming in on the hot days(the BOB doesn't have ventilation panels).
-The front wheel locks and unlocks at arms length (with the BOB you have to stop to lock and unlock).
-One step quick fold (the BOB is 2 steps to fold).
I love it! I have a new favorite!

Let me start by saying that I have had a lot of strollers in my lifetime. As far as jogging stroller goes, I have owned a Jeep (cheap, heavy, not good), a BOB Sport Utility Duallie and a single BOB revolution.
I bought this stroller during a lightning deal to replace my BOB. Basically I wanted to downsize from two double strollers to one (I had the BOB (fixed wheel) and a City Mini...loved both). Because this stroller has a swiveling wheel it would allow me to use it for jogs and daily trips.

For review purses I am going to compare this stroller to the BOB:
Fold- Hands down this stroller takes the cake. It folds much easier (just like the City Mini) and is a lot less bulky than the BOB.
Handle Bar- This stroller has a plastic handle bar that is easy to wipe; the BOB has a foam handle bar that is not easy to wipe (it can get quite dirty from all the sweat). The BOB's handle bar feels a bit nicer to me, but I like the practicality of this one.
Break- They both work great, the BOB's is a little easier to pull.
Suspension- The suspension on this stroller is much better than the BOB's, probably because it has independent suspension on all wheels and the BOB only has it in the back wheels.
Leg Room- BOB is better in this department, this stiller has a narrower area, but it does not seem to bother my daughters.
Seatbelt/harness- This one is easier to use.
Canopy- The X3 is better. It is longer and it has more vents.
Swivel wheel lock- I am in love with how easy it is to lock/unlock the wheel in this stroller. You can do it while walking. With the BOB, you have to stop, go to the front of the stroller, bend down to the wheel and push the little button. This one makes the process 100 times easier.

As compared to the BOB,
The folding ability and ability to transport it from car to house, to mall is exception able. Also it DOES fit though standard doorways. The bobs are great, but this is fantastic.
