I would recommend this book to anyone who would like to become pregnant. It gives good recommendations and health practices for both men and women. The book addresses issues that you may not think would interfere in becoming pregnant and it also answers some of "why" questions you might have. It is like having your own fertility doctor at your fingertips and clarified many of the protocols related to assisted reproduction. Both the medical and holistic perspectives are addressed. The authors also spend time preparing you for the emotional roller coaster that becomes your life as you seek fertility treatments.

This book is very well written. It is a fertility and fertility treatments guide in a pill. It contains very helpful information starting with self care things which couples can do on their own to improve their chances of conception and ending with simple and accesible explanations of complicated medical treatments for those struggling with conceiving. The world of artificial reproductive technology can be very confusing, but the authors present it in the most simple, yet comprehensive terms.In addition, the book is written with a lot of compassion and empathy for couples who are going through this emotionally exhausting and extremely difficult process. Both of the authors of this book are highly trained and experienced physicians who have expertise in the field of ART which comes from excellent training and extensive experience working with patients. This is an absolute must have for couples who are experiencing difficulties trying to conceive.
