Cute
I purchased this for my 3 1/2 month old. I took in the shoulders by a lot and it worked fine. Cute costume...people knew she was tinkerbell. Probably wouldn't fit a one year old who was on the bigger side. Wings are kinda big...just wrap the elastic around the wing a couple of times to make them shorter.

It was cute, but...
I bought this costume for my 10 month old daughter (along with a Peter Pan costume for her twin brother) and it was absolutely adorable. However, the wings shed glitter all over the place (I had to give her a major bath just after trying the costume on and was STILL picking pieces of glitter out of her hair days later) and the small plastic dots on the body of the costume...

However, the wings shed glitter all over the place (I had to give her a major bath just after trying the costume on and was STILL picking pieces of glitter out of her hair days later) and the small plastic dots on the body of the costume come off and were almost as bad as the glitter. I found it to be way more frustration than it was worth, but I did get a great picture out of it, hence, the three stars.
