I bought the Snap n Go when we took our 2 month old to Miami. We wanted a cheap stroller to travel with, so we wouldn't mind if it got broken. We gate-checked it and had no problems. (Granted, we were lucky--we might have wanted a canvas bag to stick it in.)

6 months later, it's been one of my favorite purchases.

I use it every day for quick errands in town, trips to the mall, dinner in some restaurants, even in the grocery store--it's easier to push her in it than to lug her into the store and put her in a cart. I just carry my reusable bag and fill that with groceries.

Especially at first, when she almost always fell asleep in the car, it was GREAT not having to wake her up--I'd just move her carseat into the Snap n Go, and she never noticed.

I have not had any problems with durability, although it's clearly not meant for rough terrain! I'm on sidewalks, in the mall, in airports (three plane trips later...), etc. It can "stick" going over bumps or rough patches (some iced-over snow on a sidewalk, for instance)--but I'm not on those surfaces very often, and the convenience of the snap n go far outweighs the few moments when I have to shove it over a small obstruction.

I also, now that my monstrously tall daughter is about to outgrow her infant seat, am very glad that I did not purchase one of the "travel systems." I'm looking for my "next snap-n-go"--the stroller that I will keep in the car and use for errands, plane trips, and the mall. I'm glad I'm not stuck with one of the strollers that comes with an infant seat--they seem to be either very bulky with the infant seat attached, or cheapish and plastic-y, or with other features that I've now realized I don't want, or without features that I've now realized I DO want.

I have been using this for my daughter with her Chicco Keyfit 30 infant car seat since she was a newborn. She is now almost 5 months old and 18 lbs, and we use it every time we go out of the house.

PROS:
Lightweight
Easy to open/close
Fits into a small trunk or back seat easily
Goes down narrow store aisles
Two cup holders are a nice bonus
Handle is high, which is nice for tall people like myself.

CONS:
Can only be used with an infant seat, so once infant is over 30lbs, it's not useable.
Under-stroller basket is pretty small, and VERY awkward to get stuff out of without lifting the car seat up.
Straps to help secure the infant seat get easily caught under the wheels or in the hinges between uses.

I purchased this car seat carrier few days ago, because I needed something lightweight (B-Ready stroller weights to much) for my baby during trips. This car seat carrier is seems to be very nice, well built, lightweight and ext., you can read other positive reviews about it.

Why would I rate it 1 star then? Because of the Manufacturer on it's web-site stated that this item will fit Britax car seats. In fact it doesn't. I have Britax B-Safe car seat for infants and this carrier didn't fit it, no matter how I tried and I was forced to return it. Manufacturer has to give more detailed information about its products to save time and nerves of customers who would like to buy it.

So make sure to check that this item will fit you car seat. If it does, it will be a nice buy.

We found ourselves at the airport and realized we forgot our daughter's stroller. I had a car seat and that was it, and she was only 8 wks old. We found this and were so relieved when our Chicco Keyfit30 car seat fit! We took it on the plane and it passed for a "one item travel system," so we didn't have additional charges. It has a pretty big basket, but you have to lift the car seat up to fit larger items in it. But I use it now in our smaller car, that has zero trunk space, because it folds up so well. There are no bells and whistles, but it gets the job done and is lightweight and small for travel or a quick stop into a store when you want to leave baby in the car seat.

Got one as a gift and now have to return it. It is not as "universal" as it states. The only way you can keep a Peg Perego Primo Viaggio car seat from completely falling off is to use a strap that it somes with. The car seat does not lock onto anything, but merely rests on the bar. The problem with having to strap the car seat down is that the strap goes OVER the baby's chubby legs and/or belly. It doesn't leave much room for an infant once you secure the car seat to the stroller.

We use this car seat carrier with our Graco Snugride infant carrier. When I see my cousin lugging her huge "SUV" stroller into her actual SUV, I know we made the right choice! The Snap-n-Go if very lightweight, folds up easily, and has held up nicely to a fair amount of abuse. And because it's so small, going out in crowded places isn't as daunting as it might be with a larger stroller.

I have noticed that the ride isn't as smooth as it was five months ago when the baby was born, but it's still OK. There is a good amount of space in the basket but I sometimes have trouble squeezing the diaper bag through the opening in front (and there isn't an opening in the back, which seems like the more logical place for it.)

Overall, though, it serves its purpose well.
