Product Description

Like busy moms, these legwarmers multi-task! BabyLegs provide easy access to diapers and help potty train by providing a bare bottom while keeping legs (and arms) warm. Once your baby starts crawling, BabyLegs protect those soft knees from miles of crawling on not-so-soft surfaces. In a multitude of woven designs, good for both girls and boys, your child can also use BabyLegs to make a fun fashion statement. They’re great under shorts, skirts, or with a onesie and can be worn everywhere; at the beach, park, ballet or soccer practice! These legwarmers make the perfect gift! Soft and stretchy, one size fits most from newborn to ten years old.

Babylegs protect crawling babies' knees and keep little legs warm, especially the often exposed skin between the sock and the bottom of the pant or skirt.

They are great for keeping little legs warm when practicing EC, diaper changing, or crawling on rough surfaces, and more breathable than tights.

He's 5 months old and considering how they fit now, a little loose and bunchy, I think they will fit for a long time.

These little leg warmers are fabulous. We have all hardwood and tile through our house and even in summer with the AC, the tile can be a bit cool. these made perfect padding, protection and warmth for my little crawler. The only drawback to these is the sizing. I don't believe they will fit older toddlers and preschoolers as the information indicates they should. but they are good for crawling babies!!!

The pink ribbed BabyLegs design is simple yet very elegant. They look fantastic over plain white stockings, and add comfort and warmth to little legs.
These are especially great during potty-training, especially in the cooler months. Not only do these make getting diapers on and off a breeze, but they also keep legs warm while sitting on the toilet. An added benefit is that they protect my daughter's legs from eczema-related scratching spells.
A drawback to these leg warmers is that they tend to ball up when washed and dried (you know - the fabric gets tiny balls all over). I imagine that hand-washing and laying out to dry might help a little, but due to the material that these are made from, they will ball up eventually. That being said, these are super cute and provide added warmth and comfort for your baby/toddler.
**Although I have purchased many pairs of these, I received a pair of this particular style of BabyLegs free of charge to review. No compensation was provided to write a positive/negative review. All opinions come from my personal experiences with this product.**

I resisted getting these for a long time, I didn't understand the point. But NOW I get it. They are great for keeping little legs warm when practicing EC, diaper changing, or crawling on rough surfaces, and more breathable than tights. I have two Baby Legs and two homemade jobbies (my own socks I've cut the feet off of) and the Baby Legs really are better, because they are snug at the top and the bottom, whereas my converted socks are loose on the bottom and saggy where the heels were sewn. These are one-size-fits-all so on a baby with super chunky thighs they could be tight. I have the rainbow and zebra, really cute.

I checked through all the pictures I could on the original website to see how they work on chubby thighs and was encouraged by a pic seeing them cover without looking like they pinch. so i ordered about ten pairs since my daughter has problems with pants sizing (98th percentile for height and 75th percentile for weight for a nine month old). They are long enough and super cute. Unfortunately, they roll down to below her knees with in minutes and even the ones made for crawlers with reinforced knees do the same. I am holding on to them in case they fit better when she starts walking and her thighs narrow, but am bummed about still searching for ways to protect her legs now. These rainbow ones also started to pill after one washing on regular cycle, low heat dry.

I think these are one of the greatest ideas for babies. They are very useful, keeping tiny legs warm, making diaper changes easy (compared to pants), and they are super cute. I love the funky trends, and this is a great way to express creativity in your baby's style.

They do seem kind of small for many toddlers, but my son is tall and thin, like the baby in the product photo. He's 5 months old and considering how they fit now, a little loose and bunchy, I think they will fit for a long time. Perhaps they are designed more for that frame. There are also longer sizes available, I think up to 40cm (almost 16 inches).

I've seen some reviews that say they are too tight and cause red marks on their baby's thighs. If you have a chunky baby, you may have this problem. But if your baby is more on the slender side, then they should fit fine now and for a long time!

I absolutely love these BabyLegs. The rainbow colors are so bright. They are eye-catching and funky. I didn't give them five stars since I haven't been able to actually use them yet, but so far, I really like them. Hubby thinks they are cool too!

I am a fan of Babylegs and have used them since my first was born five years ago. These are not a one trick pony type of product. You can make your own if you knit, or you can unicycle girls kneesocks and cut off the foot (very simple even for a beginner sewer), however, these are worth the investment especially if you shop around and wait for a bargain sale.

I never used these to protect knees, but the can be used for that purpose. I used these instead of pant when practicing Elimination Communication, the were great for keeping on baby socks, they kept legs warm in winter under pants without adding bulk, they extended the usability of short pants in chilly weather by keeping the legs covered even if the pants rode up. My five year old can still wear them as leg warmers, and they make wonderful arm warmers even for adults.

This product is versatile and has longevity. One size fits most. Chunky toughed babies will likely not fit well, but usually the slender down as the grow so you can use them eventually.

I bought these when my daughter started crawling (around seven months). She was just above the 50% for her height and weight and her legs had the usual baby chubbiness to them. These fit really well for the first month (though a bit long)and worked as promised (there is some slipperiness to them if the baby is on hardwood or vinyl) but pretty soon she started to grow out of them as evidenced by the red marks around her leg where the elastic was. I do recomend this product as they're very cute and the idea is great however I've read that using the tops off of adult socks works just as well... or just have your child wear pants.
