These little, @ 3/4 ounce cheese balls don't taste EXACTLY like U.S. cream cheese, but they're not quite as sharp as the regular Laughing Cow cheese wedges - they're also firmer; not really spreadable.
Each cheese is about the diameter of touching the tip of my index finger to the tip of my thumb. They're individually wrapped in cellophane, then there's a wax shell with tabs for easy removal.
And yeah, that 21 Oz refers to the weight of all the little cheeses put together - making the bag about twenty bucks a pound at the current price. Personally I rarely buy 'em even though they're six for under three bucks at the local grocery store, but they are cute edible accents.
