I went to cosmetology school and have graduated recently, so I've used a few trimmers and clippers before. This is a very nice product. It's cordless, which I love, because I can't stand corded trimmers. It comes with a brush to clean it, some oil and a couple guards, which would be good if you were using it for facial hair or a very short mens' haircut (like a fade/military cut). Two friends also ordered it and one thing I noticed is that you shouldn't be alarmed if it appears not to work at first. The batteries that came with mine and both of theirs didn't work, or barely seemed to have any juice at all. So if it's not working or if it seems sluggish, don't worry, just change the batteries and it should take care of it. This trimmers' very lightweight and ergonomic, it fits great in your hand. It's also very affordable. To be honest, even though it was a good brand that I've used before, I was still skeptical at something that was less than half of what I usually have to pay being good quality. It definitely is. As for how long it's good, that I don't know. I've had it for a few months and it's still working great. You don't have to change the battery often either, it doesn't seem to drain them very fast, which is a good money saver. It's probably my favorite trimmer I've ever had.

This product works great. We used it for my son's hair and i was even able to use it. This is a product I would recommend to everyone and the price was awesome.

I run it off of rechargable batteries which seem to last quite well - great for keeping the sideburns and goatee under control!

Battery dies fast, so basically you have to change every other use. The trim is mediocre.
