Customer Reviews

I use this product to comb conditioner through my very long hair.
Emily R. Gilley
After a short time the the bristle portion came out of the holder and this isn't the kind of brush were you can just push them back in.
LM
The prongs are strong enough to really reach the scalp, but not hard enough to be painful.

This is a nice little brush, perfect size to fit in your hand, and the bristles, while sturdy, have just enough give that they won't scratch your scalp. You can use this brush wet or dry, and although I like it for washing my hair, the hole they put on the underside for drainage should be a bit bigger. Otherwise, nice product.

I really liked the way this brush felt when I used it to wash my hair, but suds collected inside and I discontinued using it before mold could grow.

I previously purchased the more expensive Swissco brand of scalp massage brush and wanted another for the master bath. Decided to try out this brand as it was cheaper, and cheaper it was. After a short time the the bristle portion came out of the holder and this isn't the kind of brush were you can just push them back in. It will need to be glued. For the hassle, I should have just gone with Swissco again (which I've used for several years, and gifted one to my sister who also loves it), plus it has a hang string which is handy.

I liked the idea of using this to sort of 'massage' my scalp, but think it's probably better for thicker hair. It's prongs are fairly hard and didn't feel all that great. I gave it 4 stars still because I think it's just my hair type, if you have big thick hair and want a way to get through the hair down to the scalp I'm guessing they is much better.

it holds water between the bristle section and handle... sloshing and becoming mucky... and eventually started falling apart. I'd bought it to wash my toddler's head after the baby bath scrub from the hospital became too fine for his thickening hair... this was NOT what I expected.

I love this little guy! I have already ordered another one. Not only do I use it for scalp massages on myself and my husband( he has been requesting them nightly since receiving this) I also use it to massage cellulite. It is a little rough at first on legs, but my skin really feels energized afterward. The only trouble is it does get tangled on my long hair sometimes. But that is a small price pay.

I bought this brush in Sally's for a lower price and it's great! I don't brush my wet hair in the shower because that's when hair is at its weakest. I use it to actually massage my scalp for increased circulation to promote hair growth. Compared to finger rubbing or a regular brush this is by far the easiest way to massage quickly and efficiently. I don't think it's meant to comb in the shower. That's why there is wide tooth combs for brushing hair when wet. The bristles I must admit is a little rough but with less pressure it does the job. Like another reviewer said, I also think it's for thick or volume amount of hair. Good luck to others that are trying to grow their hair :)

I use this product to comb conditioner through my very long hair. It works well to get it distributed evenly without snagging or breaking my hair. I am on my second one in a number of years. It's sturdy and non-damaging to my hair.
