Book Description

March 23, 2007
Conspiracy theorists beware! The inheritance of Illuminati has reformed the world religions into uniformity and syncretism. Hidden safe behind the walls of Temples, Lodges, Mosques, and Churches of the Illuminati Heritage are vessels of the forgotten rituals, the pungent perfumes of hidden bacchanalia and the sweet aroma of secret sacrifices. A Magi must build his Holy Alphabets deep within the Temple of the Serpent's Tongue. The blood of the Templars and Sons of the Widow mesh with the remains of memories and incense smoke, cascading down to a chrysalis of spiritual darkness. The canticles of the Serpent lead us into a labyrinthe wherein Angels have fallen with desire to taste the forbidden fruit. Here at last is that "forbidden fruit". . .the hidden rituals of the Illuminati.

3.0 out of 5 stars Unusual material, February 5, 2009

This review is from: Babylon: Secret Rituals of Illuminati (Paperback)
The book does cover a variety of rituals. Some are familiar and some are definitely originating from the author's group. All are packaged together to be an anti Christian group's collection of rituals. Some of them are no doubt either used by the Illuminati in the past and maybe present, but Im not sure how "official" the other ones may be to the Illuminati. In any case, the rituals are very interesting to occultists, and they are likely of use to the author's society.

1.0 out of 5 stars Needs an Editor!, March 27, 2010
This review is from: Babylon: Secret Rituals of Illuminati (Paperback)
I am having an extremely difficult time reading this book. The reason is simple: the editing, formatting, and grammar of this book is some of the worst I've ever encountered in a published work. It is very hard to fully describe quite how poor the writing is; spelling is inconsistent, page formatting and justification is incorrect, fonts are inconsistent, paragraphs jump wildly from one subject to the next with no continuation or resolution of the thought, there are fragment sentences that consist of nothing more than a single prepositional phrase with no defined subject and predicate, etc, etc...

While some of the subjects introduced by the author may be interesting, the work is constructed so poorly that any attempt to enlighten (or merely entertain) fails from want of being clearly communicated. This is well beyond what anyone might consider "cryptic"; the word "amateurish" being far more appropriate.

I would not recommend this book to anyone. The unprofessional presentation and lack of useful content makes it unworthy of publication. Clearly, this has been self-published, because I cannot imagine how any professional publisher would allow it to go to print in this state. Perhaps, with copious editing, the subjects presented may be seen to have some value - if at least as curiosities - but in it's present form, it is an offensive waste of precious trees and an insult to people who enjoy studying the esoteric.
