This review is from: The Baby's Cross: A Tuberculosis Survivor's Memoir (Paperback)
This is the 3rd.Edition of The Baby's Cross, by C. Gale Perkins. This book is great and well done and it keeps your interest from the beginning to the last page, plus it has a few more pages. To me this is a WOW book, by that I mean when you finish it you sit back and say,"WOW, what a great book".It is written by the little girl on the cover of the book who is talking to her aunt. This is a memoir of C. Gale Perkins by C. Gale Perkins. While the story is an autobiography of a girl who spent 12 years in the hospital as a child, it also tells of her life as an adult. The author tells about her life, experiences and the treatment she received while she was in the hospital. This book is very inspirational, informative, uplifting, interesting, and well written. I enjoyed this book and the authors writing style. The Baby's Cross, by C. Gale Perkins, is a great book. The book is suitable for all ages and would be a great book for anyone to read. I definitely will recommend this book, and will buy copies for gifts. The author C. Gale Perkins lowered her price on this edition and also made an ebook available. It is obvious she wants people to read her book and it deserves to be read. I am very glad that I read her book and I highly recommend it. |
