This book focuses on being thankful for all things in life--from the smallest of things (the green grass, noses, giggles and many more) to the more important things in life (Mommy and Daddy and families). Prayers are very short and rhyme. Prayers about behaviors are included in this book such as a couple about being sorry for acting bad and learning to share. The book is small--perfect for tiny hands. This has been one of my very favorite books. I will buy this book for all new moms in the future. I definitely recommend this book and hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

I read these prayers to my infant over and over again. I would randomly choose different ones and seemed to always find something new. Now, my 18 month old will sit and flip the pages for 20-30 minutes at a time. Now, she loves all books so this is not unique to this book but I really love this book!

This book has a large variety of prayers for all occasions. It's nice and small, but has large text so it's easy for little ones learning to read. The prayers are illustrated with appropriate and easy to depict images. I definitely prefer this book to the "Baby's First Bible" by the same author. It would make a very nice gift for a toddler or preschooler for Christmas, Easter, or other religious holiday.

I purchased for someone's communion. I flipped through the book and read through the poems that were simple and adorable. It is perfect for parents who want to start their children's prayer life.

This is a very sweet book to give to those little ones you love! Our kids are reading prayers to our grandchildren each day...getting closer to God at an early age.

Cute book, content what you expect of a child's prayer book. You can't tell how small it is though online. Think minibook, about the size of the palm of your hand. I was expecting a regular sized book.

LOVE this book. It is filled with lots of little prayers. Short sweet and fun pictures. Both my boys 2 years and 9 months love it.

I have been reading this to my 11 month old every night for the past 6 months. The prayers are short, fun and have colorful pics.

I know the book is titled Baby's First Prayers. These prayers are nice for a parent to read to the baby/toddler. I was looking for something that a toddler could memorize with just a short sentence or two per prayer.
