Este CD es alegre y les gusta tanto a los niños como los adultos. I highly recommend this over 95% of what is out there in the Spanish music category.

My husband is Peruvian and I am American so our daughter is bilingual. I purchased this CD not knowing what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. The music is upbeat and fast paced. My 18 month old daughter loves to dance to this CD and I find myself humming the melodies throughout the day. Our nanny is from Mexico and she also enjoys listening to this CD. It is for anyone - spanish-speaking or english-speaking, adult or child!

I enoy this CD very much because when I play it, my 7-month old daughter loves to dance along. Its a great way of incorporating a second language into my child's vocabulary. It allows her to be familiar with the language. Overall, I love the familiar songs!

I was shocked to discover that this CD included Spanish classics for children, set to repetitive, synthesized disco/rock music. Very unpleasant. If you want soothing or gentle renditions, this is not for you.

For this to be baby's first songs, they're sung too fast even for me to understand, and I'm a native speaker!

This is one of the best compilations of traditional kids songs in spanish. It has all the songs I can think of that I used to sing when I was little while growing up in Mexico. It is the best for your money, at least it was for mine since I know every song. I hate getting compilations where only half of the songs are fun. I highly recommend it if you grew up in Mexico and want your kid to have the same experience, or if you didn't and want an authentic crash course in kids' songs.
