Is Mr. Hagen back from the dead to seek revenge?, February 28, 2001
The last job Jenny took almost killed her. But she hopes that baby-sitting for the Wexner's little boy, Eli, would comfort her from the horrible events. That's when she starts getting the calls again ... "Hi Babes, I'm back." Is Mr. Hagen still alive and seeking for revenge? But he's dead ... isn't he? If you liked the first book, you'll enjoy the second installment. Also, you will be surprised at the ending, and I do mean, SURPRISED! A real definite page-turner. I love to read R.L. Stine books, and I'm 22 years old. Hey, I know you're laughing at me! I bet you there are people my age or older who read R.L. Stine.

My title best explains the book I read called The Baby-sitter II. Even if you haven't read The Baby-sitter I, you can still go ahead and read The Baby-sitter II! In the begining of The Baby-sitter II, it tells the whole story behind The Baby-sitter I. I'm just going to explain a little bit about The Baby-sitter I. A girl named Jenny gets a weekly baby-sitting job for the Hagen's. When Jenny is baby-sitting, she receives threating phone calls. In the end, it turns out that Mr. Hagen is the person that keeps on threating Jenny over the phone. Mr. Hagen tries to kill Jenny because years ago, Mr.Hagen's kid died when the kid was being baby-sat and Mr. Hagen wants revenge. In The Baby-sitter II, Jenny gets a new weekly baby-sitting job. Once again, Jenny receives threating phone calls from an anonymous person. Jenny thinks it's Mr. Hagen who has come back from the dead. Is it Mr. Hagen who has come back from the dead? Could it be a friend a relative or a neighbor? Read the heart stopping conclusion to find out what happens to Jenny and who was threating her. Read The Baby-sitter II by R.L. Stine today!

very scary, January 1, 2005
A Kid's Review
This book is scary but not as scary as the first. Jenny gets a new babysitting job and is seeing a shrink. She still can't help but wonder if someone is following her. Everything is going fine until she starts getting the same phonecalls as before. She thinks that it is her boyfriend because he is the only person that she told what happened to besides her parents. Then she thinks that it is Mr. Hagen because strange things happen even with her boyfriend. The last phonecall she gets tells her to go to the cliff where Mr. Hagen fell off of. When she goes she finds out that the killer is.... The book is scary and leaves you hanging to the point that you want to read it all in one day.
