One bit of advice though: Use good sharp scissors. I tried an x-acto knife with new blade to cut circles, but it just caught drag and gave me a snaggely line.
The colors are just as seen, sometimes they will look worse, not in this case. ( They might actually look better than in this picture)
The front layer of the fabric looks and feels like a knit, while the back ( the white) is the plastic-y side.
I purchased this to make reusable sandwich bags and snaps ( I use KAM snaps and pliers) go in very easily.
My normal sewing machine ( Janome 2212), with its normal needle, normal presser foot, and normal settings (tension, etc.), sewed through the PUL fine. This is great because I didn't have to adjust anything at all.
Even when sewing through four layers my machine did fine.
Piece was barely big enough for one medium diaper cover. Not even enough left over for a bib.
Red is really an orangy red, light green is okay and yellow is vibrant dark yellow--fabric is okay weave.
I am a long-time sewer and know prices have gone up for fabrics, but since the price of oil is down one would think
this polymer product should go down too...but Nope...this company is not interested in a good deal.
Would not recommend as way to pricey for what given.

Works great completely waterproof. I made feminine pads for a bugout convention and they sold like hot cakes. They hold so much fluid it's unbelievablePublished 5 months ago by Denise Bishop
I love working with this fabric. I have been using it as the back layer in baby bibs.Published 8 months ago by Carla J. Waller
