I have been using the Bach Flower Remedies for years. They really do work when you are dealing with mental, emotional, and personality issues. Get a good book on the subject and then make your own combo remedy bottles and see for yourself. Also, this is a great price for the Bachs.

Wild Oat is the essence for those who are looking for their true vocational life. It clarifies what you really want to do or study. Wild oat makes you face all of your interests (which can be a bit overwhelming at first) in order to identify your true mission in life. Excellent for those who don't know what to study or how to focus their life.

Whether it's psychosomatic or not, this Bach's essence seems to work subtly. A couple of relatively tasteless drops in a glass of water do the trick.

I am more than pleased with the Bach flowers that I've tried to far, and this one was the first. It makes a huge improvement with how I interact with people. I have always been "shy and timid" with naturally low self esteem. This quickly made me carefree about how others perceieve me, and therefore I have been more able to be myself. I know it is not a plaebo effect because these problems are serious for me and I have tried countless numbers of other natural and artificial (prescription drug) products for these problems.
Be warned though - If you have emotional issues from the past (as I do) then you may experience a "healing crisis" in which your symptoms come to the forefront to be resolved and it feels like everything is getting worse. In this situation, cut back until you feel comfortable.

My rescue doggie has always been terrified of loud booming noises, like fireworks or thunderstorms. He would run all over the house crying, trying to find a place to hide, and looking for me to comfort him. I bought a Bach flower essence book dedicated to animals and Mimulus was recommended for unknown fears in animals. I felt this was appropriate for Tennesse's fear, and got some. I was skeptical about flower essences, but figured if I gave it to an animal, they couldn't fake a reaction because they have to clue what they are taking. Well it worked like a charm with the next big thunderstorm. I gave him about 3 or 4 drops, and low and behold within about 10 minutes he was laying down comfortably with his front paws crossed like it was just another relaxing night at home. I have been using Mimulus on him now for 5 years, and I swear by it. Bach Flower essences rock. I have tried some on myself since then with sucess. I would recommed buying a book to understand them better because they do work.

Bach flower remedies have been used for about 70 years now I think. I just started using them. I have problems with racing thoughts and use White Chestnut. It's the first time in two years I have forgotten to take pre-scribed anti-anxiety medicine. It works well for me

This product was recommended by my holistic practitioner. She said go to the Bach remedies in Whole Foods and choose an essence based on what calls to you the most. Somewhat skeptical, I headed to Whole Foods and found the Bach display. Immediately, I found Olive which is supposed to help when you are mentally and physically exhausted. That described me perfectly. Since I am on an extremely tight budget, I noticed it was on sale. The price called to me so I headed to the register.

Ultimately, I don't know if the formula will work for everyone. I do know that it works for me. It isn't a major energy boost but a feeling of inner strength and calmness. Just a few drops in your water and you are set all day.

Highly recommended for those who are experiencing health or emotional stressful situations. But you may want to do your own research to determine if there is another remedy that would work better for you.

I received the bottle of mimulus last week and I have taken 4 drops 4 times a day like it says and I must say I am starting to feel the effects a few days later. I was skeptical but it works wonders!
Although of course how soon the effects are felt depends on what symptoms you feel.
My symptom was fear of public speaking and making a mistake when I spoke because I stutter, and I have stuttered since childhood. Coupled with impatiens, the mimulus helps me to gain confidence and be calm and not be afraid of my known fears. Today, Jan 10, 2012 I have felt an improvement in my fluency of speech.
It will take a by more time of continuous use (3 weeks) for the effects of mimulus to really settle in because I've been stuttering for years. But it is already working for me.
These flower treatments work and they work fast!
I recommend everyone to get a bottle of flower essences for each symptom you feel you will see results very fast and I am amazed at what I have seen so far!

Stupendous!

Do you know how to take flower essences, that is, how many drops, how many times a day?and how do you select it? If you're familiar with process, it's great, all the essences work if they're selected and administered properly.This one too, I have personally used it for feelings of guilt and worked well.

The product arrieved packaged well and on time. I have not used it long enough to tell if it is working.
