This book is the most inclusive one I have ever seen on Bach flower remedies. It gives me all the information I need from preparation to prescription. Apart from this, I like the part introducing the 'signature' of each flower essence, which enlights me with a deeper understanding of the nature of the flowers as well as the characteristics of personality each remedy is indicated for. Furthermore, the 'intuitive' approach to select a remedy for the case by dowsing, muscle testing (applied kinesiology), hands on sense of energy and many more, are applicable not only with flower essence but also virtuely every aspect of our lifes as an aid for decision making. This book as a whole, takes us through a fantastic journey in a spiritual way with Bach flower remedies.
