Purchased on the recomendation of our vet to deal with aggression problems with one of our cats. This was a "fraidy cat" to begin with and when we adopted a dog he was very nervous around the dog. For some reason he took out his frustrations on his "brother" cat who he grew up with!! We started using Rescue Remedy Pet to try to calm this aggressive behaviour. Much to our surprize it helped more with his fear of the dog than anything else! A huge improvement there, and some improvement with the aggression as well. Although not a perfect result, this has been a good improvement in household peace. As a side note, we put 2 or 3 drops of this product directly into the cat's mouth daily which is NOT how it supposed to be given. We want to be sure that HE is the cat actually getting the product. This has worked for us and our kitty doesn't seem to mind at all. We have used it for about four months.

We have a kitty that was feral and came to live us with when she was around five months old. She is the sweetest kitty and loves us - but only us. If the doorbell rings, if we have company over, if we have to leave and she has a kitty sitter, her response is always the same. Hide under the bed. Bach's Rescue Remedy for Pets was recommended by several people who had nervous kitties. I honestly think that I have seen a difference in our kitty since we began using this. Initially, for the first month, I put four drops in her food every morning and then dropped back to using it three times a week. If I know that a stressful event for her is coming up, I go back to using it daily. It must not have any taste because she doesn't hesitate to eat when the drops are in the food.

It hasn't cured her nervousness, but it sure has helped. I would recommend this product to anyone with a nervous pet.
