5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing stress/anxiety relief help
My whole family has used this for a long time now. Works wonders for the performance anxiety on any age group, for the fear of flying. Relaxes you quickly and naturally...no harmful side effects for anyone in the family. Even my husband who is somewhat suspicious about these natural remedies loves this one.

1.0 out of 5 stars Didn't work..
The 1st time I tried this, it felt like it did work a little. The effect was very subtle if anything. I actually think it might have been the high alcohol content...As I also tried the pastilles which have no alcohol & they have no effect at all. Thumbs down. I try to be fair but I must be honest when I say that after the 1st dose I did not notice any effect at all.

5.0 out of 5 stars Melt away Stress with a Natural Remedy, September 21, 2004
You know how you feel after you take a deep breath and you feel like there are no problems in the world? Yes, a rare feeling. This product can almost instantly give you a worry-free break from life as we know it.

After reading a few books about Dr. Bach's discoveries, I wanted to find out if these remedies really worked. I can now say that they work very well and I was able to overcome my fear of flying with this remedy.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients: 5x dilution of: Helianthemum Nummularium HPUS, Clematis Vitalba HPUS, Impatiens Glanduliferia HPUS , Prunus Cerasifera HPUS, Ornithogalum Umbellatum HPUS. Inactive Ingredient: Alcohol

This remedy is made from five of Dr. Bach's original 38 Flower Essences.

Cherry Plum - Fear of mind giving way, verge of a breakdown

Clematis - For the tendency to "pass out"
Impatiens- For irritability, tension and fidgetiness
Rock Rose - For frozen terror and panic
Star of Bethlehem - For trauma and shock

By putting this product under your tongue you get fast relief and a calm feeling that melts you into peace. I now keep this in my purse and carry it with me incase I start to get stressed out in any situation.

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children (27% alcohol). If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health care professional before use. This product has been used to ease labor and has been used to calm tantrums. I personally haven't had a princess tantrum since I started taking this product. ;)

Directions: Take 4 drops in a small glass of water. Repeat as necessary. Can also be taken by placing 4 drops directly on or under the tongue.

Indications: For relief of occasional stress. Free from artificial additives and suitable for vegans.

Can be used for:

Accidents
Emergencies

Traumatic Situations
Impatience, tension and pressure
Tantrums
Sleeplessness
Sudden Bad News
Family Problems
Bereavement
When feeling stressed out about flying
When feeling stressed out about meeting new people
When feeling stressed out before an exam
Before giving a speech
Before going to the dentist
When dealing with a grumpy person who is driving you insane
When dealing with other people's high-stress level

Why would you ever want to be without this remedy? I love it. It is available in a dropper style and a spray style.

Made in England.

Also look for: Hyland's Calms for Nerve Tension.

Life is stressful but there are natural remedies to help you keep your cool.

5.0 out of 5 stars Started using it for the cats, December 11, 2007
This review is from: Rescue Remedy Value Pack (Health and Beauty)
Had a very upsetting experience that I couldn't quite handle--so I just tried the Bach's in desperation. Much to my surprise, I was calm within about 5 minutes. I've suggested Rescue Remedy to several friends who have had the same experience.

It's an inexpensive, drug free, nonaddictive way to calm down. And yes, it does help cats who are feeling ill and stressed out, too.

5.0 out of 5 stars Rescue Remedy Rocks!!, March 29, 2006
This review is from: Rescue Remedy Value Pack (Health and Beauty)
My therapist recommended this to me to help combat chronic sleeplessness. I have never gone in much for homeopathic remedies, but I can tell you that this works!! I put 4 drops in my evening tea and I am snoozing within a couple hours. I have also noticed an increase in my dream activity too. Don't use this product unless you want a good night's sleep!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Hard to stay skeptical..., June 21, 2009
This review is from: Rescue Remedy Value Pack (Health and Beauty)
I tried this with absolutely no faith, positive it wouldn't work, but my therapist insisted. After too many positive experiences to call it coincidental, I'm pretty much sold. I still think you need to work on emotions with positive thoughts and other channels, but rescue remedy is a worthy component of a holistic approach.

I was a bit skeptical too but as it turns out 4 drops of this on the tongue during an anxiety-attack has proven effective, as it will at least change my mind about going over the edge during a panic-attack.

4.0 out of 5 stars If it works for me, it works!, April 27, 2009
This review is from: Rescue Remedy Value Pack (Health and Beauty)
Ok, you are reading a testimonial from someone who has been on Paxil, Prozac, Desyrel, Ambien, pretty much most of the inventory of Walgreens. I heard about a "flower remedy" and reacted with a LOL and a "you cannot be serious" sarcastic remark. I tried it, and well it worked a little. I figured I would try a few more drops that what they instructed...and it does work! It is totally safe from what i have read to increase to six to eight drops....which is definitely works for me! Wait about fifteen to twenty minutes and your panic or stressful situation will decrease!

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Rescue Remedy Value Pack (Health and Beauty)
I agree that there are no magic potions, so I was a complete non believer when my best friend in college recommended using some of her Bach Rescue Remedy before going in to take my Chemistry final. She knew I was studying all night and had a thousand thoughts running through my head so she offered it to me. I believe my exact words were, "Get out of here with your hippie medicine." She convinced me to try it and within half an hour, the chemistry formulas that I had been stressing over in my head turned into thoughts of "don't worry about it, everything's gonna be ok." I was shocked that this stuff actually worked. Maybe it was the placebo effect, but I also recently purchased this to help deal with my stepdaughter on a day-to-day basis - she's 9 and the stress level is high. It really helps. I don't use it every day, but if I'm having one of those days where I might just snap and yell at her for no reason, a few drops under the tongue and half an hour later I'm feeling like my patience is back where it should be.

Thats my one recommendation - don't mix it with water. I can't imagine that would work the same way. I put 4 drops directly under my tongue and hold it there for about 10 seconds, then swallow. No, it doesn't taste fantastic but its really not so bad.
