This how to rock in your 60's!,
By ScottE (Kansas) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Bachman & Turner (Audio CD)
Bachman Turner have released a very good rockin' album here. It's like part 70's and some updated flourishes. If you liked BTO back in the day give this a shot, I think you'll like it. If they got the same publicity as the new Heart album this album might take off. A solid 4 star release.

Comeback Album of the Year? It should be.,
This review is from: Bachman & Turner (Audio CD)
Like so many kids from my generation we listened to the hard rockin' sounds of Bachman Turner Overdrive and claimed the likes of "Takin' Care of Business", "Roll On Down the Highway", "Let It Ride", and "You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet" as our own personal anthems. This band was indeed a classic example of one who played no frills straight ahead rock and roll. Well, after 30+ years of silence the two main players, Randy Bachman and Fred Turner, have come back with a vengence. Their newest CD is certainly more proof that you are never too old to rock and roll. Songs like "Rollin' Along", "Find Some Love", "Slave to the Rhythem", and their new anthem "Rock and Roll Is the Only Way Out" is reason enough to buy this CD...NOW. This CD should be a Comeback Artist or Album of the Year nominee. If not something is very wrong. Great job, Randy and Fred! Keep 'em comin"!!!
