I'll be honest here, I bought these for my train set because the picture looked good. I was nervous that they'd be too fragile or not as nice as pictured but at the price it was worth a try. The item is exactly as shown and in fact looks even better when setup alongside the track. For something that is "only scenery" it sure adds a lot of realism. They are understandably fragile but this is not a toy meant to be man-handled. They have nice little stands on the bottom for standing on their own or easy gluing. I would not hesitate to buy more of these or any other Scene Scape trees.

For my son's 4th birthday, we are suspending a train set around his room. Initially, I planned to draw mountains and trees around his room; but I do not have the time for such a project. When I found these trees, I fell in love with them and I purchased different shapes and sizes. They look wonderful in my design and with these trees, I am able to do a winter season on one side of the room. I love these things!
