For old fumble fingers, this combination roadbed and track is a blessing--especially the N-scale. It easily and sturdily goes around a tree on a rug for those once a year users and is an easier way to start a layout.

This is a nice addition for beginners to expand their standard oval. The only downside is the bumpers are not prototype and could not be included on a future layout without distracting from its authenticity significantly.
