Sadder than the British Doo Wop Reunion on PBS...,
This review is from: Back to the 60's - Vol. 1 (Audio CD)
If you're looking for the original radio cuts, these definitely aren't it. Look elsewhere. However, if you would delight in hearing half the original members of Gary Puckett and the Union Gap wheeze their way through "Young Girl" (done 30 years later in a much lower key), then by all means buy this album.

K-TEL junk,

This review is from: Back to the 60's - Vol. 1 (Audio CD)
Only two tracks are the original: Happy Together by the Turtles and Gimme Little Sign by Brenton Wood. The other 16 are re-recorded. The front and back covers have this statement: "All selections are new stereo recordings performed by the opriginal artist or one or more members of the original group. Selections marked with an (*) are the original recordings."
Stay away from this substandard compilation. See uploaded images. K-TEL UPC 805087354127 ECD EAN 5020959304627
