This is my first review ever. I am writing this because I saw there was no review. I have owned this book for several years and it is the most informative and practical of all my back books. I always come back to it when I want to look up something or if something is bothering me (back). She shows you how to decompress your own spine and it works! Atleast it works for me. She also show several good exercises.
