I love this little machine. I'm very happy with it's performance in every way. I's fast, convient and the right size. I especially like the fact that the coco/cappuccino/coffee heats up to a perfect temperature to my satisfaction. Another plus is that if left plugged, it remains idle and re-blends itself every ten minutes. My machine was slightly different than one thats shown. Instead of the two buttons on one side, there's one button on each side (no big deal). The only small issues that I have with the machine is 1.)The part that holds the coco has a plug that is located directly under handle to connect it to the base, therefore causing it to be unable to emerse entire container in water for washing. 2.) Considering where I plug my machine up, I wish the cord was a little longer. Other than that I have no regrets purchasing this handy little machine.

We bought this for Christmas 2 years ago, and absolutely loved it. We have little ones, and it didn't make the cocoa too hot for our 10 year old. After the holidays, it was given a good washing and put away. We pulled it out last year and it seemed to be having issues and didn't always turn on right away. We used it a few times for those special cocoa moments, and again, cleaned it thoroughly before storing it. We pulled it out this weekend just to see where things were at since it seemed sickly last year. Amazingly enough, it turned on right away, yet ran and ran and never heated up at all. Motor was working, but no heat. Considering we only used it for special times and have used it no more than 12 times, I would expect the heating element to last longer. We will begin our search for a new hot drink maker this year.

I love making cocoa so when I came across this I had to have it. I have a modern kitchen and this fits in perfectly.

The cord wraps around the bottom of the machine which is a terrific touch. It simply works as decribed. The stainless steel carafe keeps it hot enough for me.

The only little issue I have is that there is always liquid that is heated to the bottom. No big deal, it washes off with soap and water.

I'd recommend this product.

I own both the stainless steel and plastic 32 oz. models. I have had some problems with both machines but I will say that the customer service at BTB is great. They have replaced all defective parts that were problematic without any hassle. The only other problem that I have with the machine is the noise -- it is loud when it's running!! Also, the spout should come off for cleaning as it does get quite a bit of residue built up on the inside.

Other than that, I love this machine! I make green tea lattes with goats milk as I have an allergy to cows milk. I can use whatever ingredients that I want and get everything blended perfectly - and at the right temperature!!! It is so much less expensive than other models that I've looked at for tea lattes. It reheats everything automatically, so your drinks stay hot without having to worry about it. I will definitely keep buying this product!

Now for the good part -- the cleaning!!!! I had the same problem as everyone else with the milk, etc. sticking to the bottom of the container. The solution I came up with is to put some dishwasher detergent into the unit along with some water and simply reheat the contents!! When the unit shuts off, the glue on the bottom simply glides off easily when you clean it with a scrubby pad. Rinse with clean, clear water and you're done!!!

This is my third cocoa latte maker I have bought and this one is by far the best one ever. The stainless steel is much better than the cheaper versions. The others over time would start to chip off (the bottoms were lined with some sort of teflon black coating)They would chip off and end up in my drinks. I use this most evenings all year long. It is very easy to keep clean inside & out. Well worth every penny!

YOU WON'T BELIEVE HOW SIMIPLE IT IS TO MAKE A LATTE WITH GREAT AMOUNTS OF FOAM. HOT CHOCO. ALSO FOAMS UP NICELY. THE UNTIL PRODUCES A CONSTANT TEMP. OF 180 DEGREES WHICH IS HOT BUT WON'T BURN YOU. CLEANUP IS EASY BUT YOU MUST FIRST ALLOW THE UNTIL TO COOL OFF.

YO WON'T BE SORRY YOU BOUGHT HIS DEVICE.

Pros- Heats super fast and always mixes perfectly, keeps cocoa at a nice hot temperature.
Cons- some cocoa can burn to bottom, but comes off with soaking and scouring. Makes cocoa making too easy, you will drink way too much. Cannot fill to a full 4 cups or will spill over even with lid locked on. 3 cups max.

I sent this Coco Latte Hot Drinkk Maker to my out-of-town family members this year as our holiday gift to them. I heard absolute raves about how wonderful this is from all of them. They say it creates great froth and heats the coco or other hot drinks to the perfect temperature. Now, I wish I had one!

This is a very nice product, HOWEVER, it should be slightly hotter at drink temperature. Also, the liquid does stick in the pot every time. I even used water only instead of milk. It makes no difference. Those are my only 2 gripes and they are minor. I still recommend this neat little cocoa maker.
I am a band patient and this mixes up my whey protein for a great hot morning drink full of protein. I add a TBSP. of benefiber and a scoop of Ovaltine plus my scoop of Protein. The recipe book is quite good also. More stores should carry this product, but they don't. Go figure!!!

It leaks a little bit and whatever you do do not over tighten the spout and yes beverages will stick to the bottom of this other than that this is a wonderful product.
