I bought this for my grand kids. They love slushies. It did not work well with the cubes from my rerigerator. If I broke them up I had better results but it did jam a few times too. The cup holders are a nice feature but are set so high that you do not get them as full as the pictures show and when using the dual setting one will fill faster than the other. the built in syrup dispenser works fine but I wonder about leaving the syrup out all the time.Most say refrigerate after opening and they do not fit that well in the refrig.
I do like it ;but it is more trouble than I thought it would be

I loved this ice shaver. It was nice that it could do 2 at a time because when i had friends over (like 8) it was quick. It was easy to put together except for the cup holders that you had to push in. The syrup dispensers where nice, my friends normaly picked blueberry. I was using it every day!
