This is an excellent book!!! It explains thoroughly the definition of co-dependent, co-addict and sex addict. The writer give very good examples of co-addict, how to deal with these types of behaviors. I like the fact real stories are used to get the point across, allowing the reader grasp a mental picture.

this is an eye opening book for me!

This book is wonderful for anyone interested in the topic of co-dependency. Very educational on the topic.
