Good price if you like these songs, February 17, 2008

I bought this for "Deep Cuts the Knife" and really didn't care about what other songs came with it. I actually like the CD enough to play most of it. It's typical hair band music, so I assume you are familiar with these bands and songs and aren't looking for brilliant symphonies. There is one Vixen song that is very slow that I wind up skipping, and the last Vixen song is annoying because it is a "live" recording with one of the women talking to the crowd. She's trying to get the audience to shout "rock me", and keeps saying that it's not loud enough and that the Scorpions can't hear the crowd from their dressing rooms. All I can think of when she starts saying this is, "Yeah, you can't hear them because you're the opening act, they're here for the Scorpions, and they aren't paying attention to you." I wish they had just put a studio recording of that song on the CD because it's a fun song to drive to otherwise. Oh, it's a clear recording.
