As an educator, children's ministry director, parent and grandparent, I am thrilled to have this practical and concrete tool that teaches leadership to the youngest age range through the power of story! Coloring pages and imaginative questions enhance learning as the quality of TEAM leading is explored here. This is executive caliber leadership skills adapted for the very young. The impression made on a preschooler's life when he or she discovers leadership skills within a moral framework, can only produce powerful, ethical leaders in the future. This book is worth reading to your preschooler(s) if you want to leave a legacy for generations to come!

I have long been passionate about raising up young leaders, but have never found simple stories that teach strong leadership principles that nurture critical thinking skills at a young age... UNTIL NOW. Alan. Nelson and Katie Peckham tag team to bring leadership principle of TEAM to life in this simple, yet intentionally crafted story that is easy for young children to understand. Included in the book are activities and a colouring page perfect for the home or classroom setting that lay the foundations for critical thinking, observation and application. I cannot wait for more from this dynamic team of writers. If you think you have a young leader in your preschool, home or class, this book will launch the discussion of what it means to be a leader.
