The exercises in this book really help strengthen your body's center (total back, abs, sides). A great way to reduce back pain, improve posture, avoid injury and maintain a healthy, strong body. Recommended for anyone!

I found this book very helpful with great illustrations and explanations of back exercise programs. My back and stomach are much stronger and my back rarely hurts anymore! I also have much better understanding of why my back hurts, when it does.
