This book is a great intro to Jamaican cooking. It has all of the basic dishes, done in a way that reminds me of Negril and Montego Bay. He captures all of the flavors I have tasted in the islands. This is the first choice for anyone looking to learn how to be a first rate authentic Jamaican cook.
