Book one, School's Out, started a little slow, but Back to School was great. I laughed out loud at Rachel's crazy adventures. Trouble does seem to follow Rachel, but she really is a great kid!

My daughter and I love the Rachel Yoder series! These books are so great. My daughter loves learning about the Amish, but they also teach important lessons about faith that are relatable even to us Englishers.

This book about a young Amish girl should teach young children how to get along with those who tease them. Since I'm a "kid at heart", I did order and read this book, and I love reading about Amish people-young and old. In fact I am interested in living with an Amish family for about two weeks next year just to see if the Amish life is for me.

This is a wonderful book for ages 8-12, but I enjoyed it as an adult. Rachel, the main character, is always having problems as the new school year begins. Her childhood problems always work out though, and there is even a little romance in the background. This book really holds your attention!

This book is a great book to read. Getting ready to go back to school was a big thing when I was in school and it seems to be Rachel's too until there is a new boy in the class who like's Rachel. She doesn't know that he likes her. She thinks he is just mean and likes to pick on her. This is an Awesome childrens book and Series. I am looking forwad to reading the next one. Hint hint Wanda!!!!:)HAppy Reading! Jenna Norris Newport NC |
