I've been having garden variety back pain. In other words, not a slipped disc or anything extreme. The DVD is a bit dated in its look (catch those bangs!), but has markedly reduced my back pain and improved my posture. A colleague, a PT specializing in neck and back problems, took a short look at it and liked the emphasis on relaxation and breathing. Yep, I recommend trying it.
