Unbelievably poor service,

This is actually more of a newspaper than a magazine. The content is good - good articles by relevant people, including agents and casting directors; interviews with working actors; and casting notices for Los Angeles/New York, which are mostly plays and student films.What I am most disappointed with is the service. This isn't Amazon's service; this is the service of the Backstage company. I received an issue a week for maybe the first three months. I had subscribed a year. After that, they began faltering, and I would get one every other week or so. Then, about 3/4 the way into the subscription, they just stopped coming, without explanation. This is incredibly frustrating, as I paid over a hundred dollars for the subscription, and they can't even bother to send it. I may be able to accept an errant week every now and then, but to just cease delivery for the final three months??? I don't think so. Ridiculous. Please do NOT support this company and do NOT subscribe to this magazine. |
