FIVE STARS FOR DRE!!!!, June 2, 2011
!!!!FIVE STARS!!!!!
This project was produced in 1996 right
as Dre. was leaving Death Row.
Even though the project was produced in 1996
those tracks were neanderthal at the time
of the release.
Now twenty something years later, youngsters have
no heart. Artists were out there hustling, building
a fan base one fan at a time, selling cds in the swap
meet. You were your own record deal..
In 1996 when that Album
was produced, Dre had already evolved far beyond the level
of those tracks.
I think that project was Cli-N-Tel idea the album
had the original World Class Wrecking Crew tracks
from years before and the remixes were produced in 1996.
For the Thumpers out there, theres never been nothing
whack about any of Dre's projects.
Back n tha Day also had Michele Hit song on it and nobody
alive is going to tell you that song is whack...
In 1996, all of those tracks were already old. That was
a project he basically did out of charity, to let people
with a dream get exposure they normally never could have.
I myself appreciate being on it. I have grandkids now
and Dre is a superstar.
Look what Eminem did with his opportunity? Dre started
his label a year after that project.
Now Dre is an Icon, producing some of the hottest shhh
out here and everyone should be honored that he put out some
Vintage out there back then to let you know the Plight.
If you can read, and know a little about all he has done,
you'll know it wasn't all gravy...
We all must consider the fact that less than a year later,
He founded Aftermath and the rest is history.
Back N Those Days the World Class Wrecking Crew was trending
Just like Dre is Trending now...
As a matter of fact, every thing Dre Put his hand on
was trending during the time he was involved, and played
out after he left, ... but he's still trending..
Wow.
Those remixes were released a long time after they were popular
and was only suppose to be sold in JAPAN
I remember Back in tha day when a folks like myself were using two cassette players
and a Microphone to make a demo!!! Yall don't know nothing about that though...
Trust me... Thundercats...
