Bought this camera to hook it up with my Kenwood DDX 6019 head unit. The camera came with 2 cables (1 is to connect to the head unit, the other one is to connect to the reverse light). BUT please notice that if you have aftermarket head unit like I do, you might need an ADDITIONAL wire that connect from the head unit to the reverse light hot wire to let the head unit knows when you are in reverse.

Here's some head up for those who are considering of buying. This rear camera provides great images during day light. Very clear and the guidelines are very helpful. I cannot comment much on it during night time, as my Accord Coupe '10 reverse light are a little too high, so it doesn't really light up the ground, which makes it's dark. This rear camera does not work well with low light. It might be much better if your reverse lights are located at a lower position than in my car. In that case, you'll get more light, which would help the performance of the camera.

As for the price and the quality of the product, I thought it was much better for the price. It gives you nice and clear images during day time, Some of you might find the guideline to be very useful. I've also taken the car through a car wash and the camera still works fine. One great thing about it is that you can adjust the angle of the camera. which i thought is really cool feature to have.

Well, it seemed like it would be decent enough for me but right from the box I was let down. First, I understand that most stuff is made in China .... But atleast proofread your generic manuals... But that wouldn't have deterred me from using the camera... What DID is the fact that the lenses itself looked foggy/like it was covered in silicone on the inside and FAR from clear!... I didn't even hook it up because it would have been a waste of time.

This camera sucks. Lens cover is damaged on the inside causing a film on over the camera lens blocking its view.

THE 5 VOLT SUPPLY VOLTAGE IS SILLY. IT REQUIRES OTHER ELECTRONICS TO REDUCE IT DOWN TO 5 VOLTS. THE CAMERA IS ALSO VERY BIG AND UGLY. 12 VOLTS WORKED TO SUPPLY IT, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG IT WOULD LAST.
