OMG!!!, I love this dvd! Roseanne Barr is absolutely fabulous in her series Roseanne, this is just as good.
Backfield In Motion is a warm family film about starting over, family ties and the great game of football. Roseanne Barr stars in this action comedy as a single mother, Nancy, who wants to organize a mother-son football game, and when the dads won't let her join in the annual father-son game. The town is reluctant to go along with her plan and her son Tim (Johnny Galecki) is mortified. But with the help of the vice principal (Tom Arnold) Nancy gains support, and the moms find themselves in full uniform, facing a team of teenaged boys determinded to win. The wild and humorous ride of this classic is about to get started, as the game begins, these mothers are about to discover the true meaning of "backfield in motion."

I have always been a big fan of Roseanne because it was my mothers favorite show when I was younger. So I always get anything I find with her in it. This movie was pretty good but a big change compared to her show.

I am a fan of Roseanne and this movie about her getting the neighborhood mothers together for a football game is really lots of fun. The fathers have always been the bigshots when it came to playing against their sons. Can the mothers win the annual game against the boys or will they make fools of themselves and have to retreat back to their kitchens? The movie is full of laughs and is fun for the entire family.
