If you are tired of the "touristy" travel guide, this is the perfect book for you. Backroads & Byways of Florida willnot only tell you about the out of the way places to visit but also the best route to get there. Mr Deane guides you to the best places to eat, sleep and play. I have recently taken a trip to
St. Augustine and wish I had his book with me. Though I took the standard tram tour, I definitely missed some pretty amazing things. Thank you Mr. Deane for opening my eyes to the hidden treasures of Florida
