The house arrived broken with the roof and the supporting pieces to hold the roof broken. Screws were sheared off and pulled from the wood. The lumber itself is full of knots and unfinished. The joints don't meet and some of the pieces are very bowed.
My biggest complaint though is that there is no way to service the individual cells in the house without dismantling most of the house. Go for it if you want a decorative piece (that you have to reassemble after you paid to have it delivered assembled), but pass if you actually want to raise purple martins.

I liked the style and design of this bird house but received it broken in the box. I sent the first one back and ordered another one which came in worse shape than the first one. Its not very well put together using wire staples and finishing nails so it comes apart easily. Better nailing during construction would make this a great bird house.
