I saw a demo of this product on television and I ordered a small jar through Amazon. I tried a little bit in my hand and I was hooked! Salt, bacon and pepper....need I say more? It is a delicious blend that explodes on your taste buds. It has a little 'kick' from the pepper, but not so much as to overpower the taste of the food or to dull your sense of taste. I ordered the larger size because it is the beginning of grilling/bbq season here and I know that this will be a big hit as a rub and/or as a condiment.
For additional bacon flavor, try Baconnaise too! |
