These beef tenderloin filets are first aged to the peak of flavor and tenderness. Every filet is hand selected by our master meatcutters to provide you with a fork tender, mellow flavored meal that will satisfy every appetite . Each steak is carefully aged and quick-frozen to retain every drop of juiciness, and every bit of flavor. Generous 8 oz. filets - your choice of 4 or 8 steaks. Note: Product is shipped frozen in dry ice and a styrofoam cooler. All products should be placed in the freezer immediately upon receipt. They may be stored in the freezer without any loss of flavor for 6-9 months. Expedited shipping required. Your steaks are hand selected from the finest corn fed, Midwestern beef.
