This review is from: Bacteria (Discovery Channel School Science: Universes Large and Small) (Library Binding)
This book is perfect for research for your child's science experiment. My child is 11 years old, and this book is good for what I would say would be for kids from 9-13. It has 32 pages with great color illustrations and wonderful information. It has a section on the Plague (in 1665) that killed a lot of the population because of a bacteria from fleas. There is a time line called "Earth Birth" that shows how bacteria help create the earth. It talks about how bacteria are good and bad, and how small they really are.

This is a wonderful book.
