This is a book everyone needs in their cabinet, behind their bar, and even on a coffe table. The Author does a fantastic job teaching you step by step the true way to make one kick ass shot. This book is what we all have been waiting for. Say goodbye to the Horrible, atrocious, ghastly, repulsive shots, Say HELLO to Lip-smacking, delectable, knock you on your ass shots that leave you thirsty for more

Bought it for a friend who could really use it while on the road to share with others and expand his alcohol erudition. Not sure how far he is yet in the alphabetically-listed line up.

Easy to use - all the shot names are in alphabetical order and directions are simple. You don't have to be a certified mixologist to understand how to make them.

Anything and everything you need to know to make a "shot" party work. It is user friendly and contains a wealth of exotic drinks that are easy to make. The book looks cool - adds a little spice to the life of your party.

"Pick a number, 1 through 700. Ok, 1,2 or 3?" is the game we played with this book when I gifted this to a friend at an xmas party. It's a fun book. Recipes are simple and we found some keepers pretty quickly. Also it doesn't seem to include too many rare ingredients. Instead of big, this book is actually really 'tiny' it's about 5x4 inches but really thick. There are two to three shots per page. What I like about this book versus a lot of mix drink books as that it's dedicated to shots and doesn't dilly dally with full size drinks. If your looking for organization & structure based on different types of drinks your not going to find it here. Lots of fun a great gift.

I am a bartender and this is an awesome book to have. You really can't go wrong with this book whether you are looking for a few new shots or looking to find all the shots that your customers ask for. It's a great buy and I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Millions of shot recipes, I got this as a gift for my male friend, the word bad ass seemed appropriate. Overall I liked this one over the many books out there. The size of the book is short and thick (take that whatever way you want, lol). but good for a stocking stuffer or a small gift. Or even in your cabinet.

Very well thought out, making it easy to find shots alphabetically or according to alcohol in them. There are a wide variety with interesting to funny to downright gross titles. It has all your basic tried and true shots, some that have different names than I remember, and others I just want to try. Sure, you can look these all up on the internet, but it's so handy to just have it right there. Put it on the bar, and you're ready to make anything. The worst thing about this book is you're going to want to buy a lot more alcohol!

I didn't expect for this little book to be as thick as it is and the options are amazing. This is a gift and I look forward the to the recipient receiving this book and exploring the options.

So I'm not really sure why some people are complaining about the size of this book. I saw one review where the buyer was afraid it would get lost in the couch. Yes this book may not be very tall or wide (maybe 4 by 5 inches) but it is THICK it's probably 2 1/2 inches thick and if this bad boy gets lost in the couch then your couch is just too big! My only complain is the organization of the book. The alphabetical order is nice but it would be better if it were split up by main type of alcohol. For example, I have a lot of rum left over from a party and I would like to know some shots that contain rum. While its fun to just read through the shots it would be more convenient if I could look up "shots with rum" or something similar. Overall though this book is a great buy with great content!

I purchased this as a gift for my husband that is difficult to buy for. It has every kind of shot you can think of. Made a great gift. It is a nice small, yet thick book that makes a great addition to any bar.
