Book Description

Harlequin Blaze January 1, 2005

After years of feeling as if she has "Good Girl" stenciled across her forehead, Jen Truitt's ready to cut loose and have some fun. And because number one on her to-do list is a naughty tattoo, naturally a tat-artist with taut muscles sheathed in black leather would have to be number two....

Zach Jacobs can feel the heat of the slim dancer's body and he's sure there's a wild woman inside Jen just begging to be set free. But even a bad boy knows he should behave better when he's around the police chief's daughter. Lucky for Jen that doesn't mean he's actually planning on being good!

More About the Author

Cindi Myers became one of the most popular people in eighth grade when she and her best friend wrote a torrid historical romance and circulated it among their peers. Fame was short-lived, however; the English teacher confiscated the manuscript and advised her to concentrate on learning to properly diagram a sentence. From this humbling beginning, she has gone on to write more than three dozen novels that have been translated into more than a dozen languages and distributed all over the world. Her books have been praised for their emotion, humor and realistic characters. She writes stories about relationships that matter, whether the subject is friendship, families, or the love between a man and a woman.

This review is from: Good, Bad...Better (Harlequin Blaze) (Mass Market Paperback)
I like this book because it reminds me of the time I was accepted to an art school in Chicago but I turned it down. Not because they didn't accept me for who I was, but because I was afraid of moving out on my own. I was led to believe that I wouldn't be able to do so by my overprotective parent and by complying to her wishes, I was left out not knowing if I would be a success in the art field. So in some ways, I can relate to both Jennifer Truitt and Zach Jacobs. It's a very enjoyable read. I now wonder what Ms. Cindi Myers has in store for Theresa Jacobs, his sister?
