I vaguely remember when they came out but they do have to classic songs on this CD, which caused me to purchase it a few weeks ago. Changes and So high are worth the price, everything else is garbage.

I found this CD in the used bin at a record store in tha 90's...beat and lyrical content hit home...one of my all time favorite CD's..I was fortunate to find a replacement when my copy was lost in move to a new residence...So High and King Size Bed are pleasure to my ears still in a whole new decade of music.

Product in great condition! Very quick shipping. Ordered on Wednesday and it was at my house on Friday!

Competent if not amazing R&B/hip-hop girl group. Nothing really special here, but nothing bad either, and the slow jam "Changes" is pretty cool.

For all those real old school, soul & new jack fans of the late 80's and early 90's you will not be disappointed with this album. This album is actually up to the standard of Total if not some tracks are actually better. But if you are an old school wannabe and don't know real old school then you will be disappointed cause you just don't know!!!

yes this album has adult material on it as stated by the warning stick on the label...however it is not a Lil'kim or Foxy brown cd. They were on motown, hence no promotion. The is cd has r&b, rap, and rock. if you like Total you'll like this cd.

I bought this Cd many years ago when I saw the video for So High. I also enjoy Tic Away, Joy and Changes. Yes, the rest is pretty vulgar, too bad because with the right songs and production they could have done better.
